If you are already friendly with your sewing machine and looking for a new technical challenge, don’t limit your sewing skills! Take things one step further and surprise yourself by unraveling the secrets behind sewing with an overlocker!
We’ll teach you how to get a ‘shop bought’ professional finish on your future sewing projects and give you the skills to enhance (and strengthen!) everything from bags to baby blankets to blouses, along with a whole host of useful hints and tips.
Demystify how to thread up an overlocker correctly, along with some all-important trouble-shooting and learn how to sew a number of techniques including how to sew a seam, finish an edge, stitch a rolled hem, which is great for sheer and knitted fabric and then practice them confidently until you are ready to create!
Leave with overlocking confidence and the skills and reference samples to make your own overlocked projects.
