This week we've been swooning over all the stretch fabrics at Girl Charlee Fabrics. Finding interesting stretch fabric can be difficult but their selection is fun and colourful and perfect for brightening up winter dressmaking.
These are a few of our favourites, but to be honest it's hard to narrow it down!
We love this gorgeous Orange Botanical Floral, reminiscent of a paisley it's a perfect pattern to class up a dress down outfit, something like our NEW stretch dress (coming very soon!) would look gorgeous in this.
Or if you're looking for something a bit more kooky, then how about a pineapple top, paired with jeans, this lovely print would brighten up anyone's day!
For the classier contingent we have this beautiful Teal Orange Cherry Blossom. Something like this Karen drape dress, which looks so glamorous on the talented Handmade Jane, would be welcome in my wardrobe!
And finally, I'm a sucker from any sort of check, tartan or plaid and having it in a stretch is right up my street! A simple tunic would look fantastic in this lovely plaid cotton.
So there you go, plenty of inspiration for a wardrobe update, hopefully we'll be sharing some more stretch garments with you very soon!
