Go mad for macramé on this fantastic beginners workshop.
An ancient form of textile making, using knotting rather than weaving or knitting, macramé has undergone a revival recently. From elegant wall hangings to gorgeous plant handers it's the must have in any stylish home.
Based at the Craft Cafe in Chorlton, you’ll find like-minded classmates and the chance to grab a cappuccino before the class starts!
We’ll take you through the most popular techniques to include the knots, larks head, square knot and alternating square knot. You’ll leave with bags of skills and a beautiful plant hanger (including pot), which will make any room instantly chic.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners or for those looking to refresh their skills.
