Always fancied a go at screen-printing but never knew where to start? Or stuck for a gift idea for the special person in your life? Assisted by print designer Nell Smith, you will design and print a unique fabric item in this fun 3-hour workshop. Simply bring along a T-shirt, pillowcase, tea towel or even an apron to create a personalised present for a friend, family or yourself.

Using your own design idea or inspiration from a book, magazine or the internet, learn step-by-step the process of combining colours and perfecting your screen printing technique.

The possibilities are endless whether you just want to brighten up clothing or everyday household objects or want to create a design classic!

Need to know: All materials are provided for this course. Suitable items for screen printing are t-shirts, pillowcases/ cushion covers, aprons and tea towels. Unfortunately we cannot print items such as duvet covers due to space restrictions. Please bring along any design ideas you may have, including any inspiration from books, magazine or the internet. Some drawing or design skills would be an added bonus, but really not essential.
