Yet another twist on our twist tunic dress! I wanted to make a tunic style denim dress to layer over a tee and tights for the winter. The denim I used was the one from our online shop (/shop/fabric) from Jane Makower, it has a lovely soft feel and worked well, although I can tell it is going to crease during wear.

Well done to Angela, who, since completing our 4-week evening Introduction to Sewing workshop (http://www.ministryofcraft.co.uk/workshops/chorlton-courses) in Chorlton, has been making bunting for her daughter’s room and for Christmas, and cushions in Matilda fabric for a friend.

I love the course it was my first one and I actually made a purse, so proud of it. The tutor was really patient and was a true professional but friendly.
