We’ve got summer all sewn up…

Definitely our most popular group of courses, we’ve listened to your feedback  and added a few new and exciting sewing machine projects to suit both beginners and intermediate students.

As always we are running the sell-out  Basic sewing machine skills and alterations.  Alternatively why not try one of our  Beginners Sewing series?  We’ve got the homely Zip and buttonhole cushions, teaching you two great techniques, and Candy striped make up bag which is a neat and sweet project, that involves patterns, zips and embellishments - both of which result in great take home items.

For those of you ready to move onto the next stage of sewing machine skills or who have already mastered the basic techniques, we have Sewing with patterns: A- line skirt and our new 50s style snap frame purse. Both of these course will teach you new skills, giving you the confidence to try out more challenging projects on your own.

If you prefer a more relaxed approach to sewing we are running our popular Sew Easy: Introduction to hand embroidery, and our fun, humorous and very creative Creature Comforts: Sew a Sockee - both of which are ideal for beginners.
