Take a spoonful of coconut oil, a sprinkling of lavender, lashings of cocoa butter and a few drops of essential oil and what do you have? The perfect recipe for a fun packed course learning to whip up your very own delicious body products.
By combining 100% natural ingredients such as sweet almond oil, beeswax and pomegranate seeds with basic store cupboard basics, you can create cupcake bath bombs, beautiful body scrubs and delicious bath melts - that all look good enough to eat.
You’ll end the day by adding unique finishing touches, packaging your products in organza, foils, tissue papers and ribbons.
Become a domestic goddess in the bathroom, by learning the skills to put together a range of handmade delights, that you can indulge yourself in or share with others.
Make and Take: 2 x cupcake bath bombs, at least 6 body butter melts and either a salt or sugar body scrub. We’ll also provide the recipes so that you can make them again when you get home.
Skills at a glance: Learn how to successfully combine ingredients and essential oils to make gorgeous bath and body products, including icing skills and product wrapping.
Tutor: Chris Webb
Need to know: Please bring along your own essential oils, if you have a particular favourite and three of your favourite herbal tea bags (for your scrub) - although a selection of both materials will be provided. No previous experience is required to take this course - it’s like cooking but much more fun!
